Candle Arch Feeding Trough, small, with interior lighting

This Feeding Trough candle arch shows a peaceful forest scene with deer gathered at a feeding trough. Amid tall firs and bare trees, the animals have come together to feed. Above the wintry scene, the moon and clouds complete the forest motif. What makes this candle arch special is its interior lighting: the light sources sit behind the fretwork motifs, making the trees, animals and feeding trough stand out warmly. This creates a lovely sense of depth, showing off the contours of the firs and the centre motif to particular effect. The candle arch is crafted from wood with great care by ERM Holzmanufaktur. A total of 10 electric candles provide the lighting: seven sit in the outer area, with three more lighting the motif on the inside. To change the inner candles, the outer panel can be lifted out, giving easy access to the bulbs behind the motif.
