Withdraw from contract

Here you can withdraw online from a purchase contract concluded with us. After submitting, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email containing your declaration and the date and time of receipt.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers. Details on periods and consequences can be found in our cancellation policy. You may still declare your withdrawal informally by email to kontakt@e-r-m.de or by letter.
