Shipping & Payment

Delivery
- Germany: flat delivery fee of €5,90. Free delivery from an order value of €80; for approved dealers from €1.000 net.
- Austria and the rest of the EU: flat delivery fee of €19,00 – for end customers and dealers alike.
- Other countries: delivery on request, please get in touch.
- Dealers: minimum order value €150 net. Below that we charge a small order surcharge of €5,00.
- Carrier: We ship with DHL. Large, bulky or particularly extensive consignments – dealer deliveries in particular – are sent by freight forwarder; in that case we arrange delivery with you in advance.
- Delivery time: "Ready to ship immediately" = delivery time 1–3 working days; "Pre-order" = approx. 5 working days (stated per product).
Payment methods
- Purchase on account (via secupay): Pay conveniently by bank transfer after receiving the invoice. Purchase on account is handled by our payment service provider secupay AG, which may carry out an identity and credit check. Available to private customers and approved dealers.
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, via secupay): Pay securely online on the encrypted payment form of secupay AG – your card details never reach us. Your card is charged when the order is completed.
- Bank transfer in advance: After ordering, you will receive our bank details by email and on the confirmation page. We ship once payment has been received.
Prices
All prices in the catalogue are recommended retail prices set by the manufacturer (RRP), in euros including statutory VAT. Dealer prices are shown net, plus VAT.
